How do I contact The Bees Knees?
Please visit my contact page where you can send a message! You can call me (603-486-7557), email me (sdustin4@comcast.net), or send a message through our Facebook page www.facebook.com/thebeeskneesanimalcareanddogwalkingllc/
What occurs during the complimentary meet and greet session?
Please allow approximately 1 hour for this meeting. This is our chance (humans and animals!) to become more comfortable with each other and gather detailed information regarding your pet's routine and needed care. Please provide 2 copies of an entrance key in the rare occurrence of a key that breaks. We will review and complete a Terms of Service Agreement and a Veterinary Release Agreement, and I will have my documents of Insurance and Bonding available for you to assess. We will decide upon the appropriate length of time needed for my visits, and please don't be shy about asking questions! If we are a good fit, then we are all set to begin services when needed!
What if I need to schedule a last-minute service with The Bees Knees?
As long as we have completed a meet and greet session, then I will always do my best to accommodate care for your pal whenever possible.
What if I need to cancel a service with The Bees Knees, will I still be charged?
I want us to have a strong relationship based upon reliability and respect for each other's time. I do not have a cancellation policy, I ask that you contact me ASAP if your situation changes so that I can schedule needed care for others.
What if my animal becomes ill, or experiences an emergency situation?
I will contact you ASAP. We will have completed a Veterinary Service Agreement at our meet and greet which will have your current veterinary hospital information listed. On the release form I will have stated that I will transport your pet to the closest veterinary emergency hospital in the event that your preferred veterinary hospital is closed or deemed an unsafe distance to travel in the case of a life threatening emergency. I am certified in animal first aid and CPR, and I recommend having your credit card on file with your preferred veterinary hospital, if possible.
What forms of payment do you accept, and when do I pay?
I accept checks made out to The Bees Knees Animal Care And Dog Walking LLC (I know...it's long!) and cash. Payment is due prior to or at the time of services provided.
I feel uncomfortable letting a stranger in my house to take care of my animals, why should I choose you?
I completely understand! In caring for your beloved pal, I am also caring for you, your family and your home. I have professional references upon request, and I am fully committed to providing exceptional care. I am very excited to begin building a terrific community!
This is Benita, she was adopted from the Manchester NH Animal Shelter in 2014, she was one of my favorites when I was volunteering there. In January 2015 she was lost and her family is still looking for her, we will never give up. Please visit her page on Facebook www.facebook.com/HelpFindBenita/
